Membership Rules & Requirements

  • Individuals applying for Membership to The Billionaires Club (The TBC) through any of The TBC’s Membership programs acknowledge herein that they accept the Membership Requirements as stated herein at the moment they submit such application online or by mail or in person, and consent to abide by such Membership Requirements if such membership is accepted and such consent shall remain in effect, including any changes or amendments as may be added at a later date and sent to the Member’s listed email address, as long as Member remains a member of The TBC.
  • Members that apply and are accepted during the first 30 days of the launch of The TBC’s website, shall be referred to as Prime Members (but can be a member of any of the classes of Membership – Gold, Black or Diamond). Members that apply and are accepted during the second 30 days of the launch of The TBC’s website, shall be referred to as Superior Members (but can be a member of any of the classes of Membership – Gold, Black or Diamond).
  • Individuals shall, on their application, provide current, honest and accurate information. If any information is found to not be true either at the time of review or if after Membership is granted and found later to not be truthful – Membership may be denied or revoked.
  • Individuals authorize and release The TBC to receive, review, investigate and gather information on the prospective Member for the purpose of investigating their character, general reputation, personal characteristics, mode of living, reputation and financial condition.
  • Prospective Membership, properly submitted and received, will be generally evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: (I) Prospective Member’s reason of interest in membership basis (Social, Lifestyle, Business Info, etc); (II) Qualifications of Prospective Member that would deny membership (criminal or other background info that would prevent acceptance); (III) Member’s notoriety; (IV) Compatibility of the prospective member with the existing Members lifestyle and basis of membership; (V) Desire to develop personal or social relationships with existing Members; (VI) Moral reputation and personal character of the candidate; (VII) These and other criteria may be used in evaluating candidates for membership.
  • Membership acceptance or denial shall be determined without regard to age, race, creed, national origin, gender, religion or physical disability.
  • A Member may only be removed by either the Member of by The TBC. A Member can remove themselves as a Member, by giving written notice by email to Membership@TheBillionairesClub.io or by certified mail to the company’s address as stated on this site on the Contact Us page. The TBC may remove a Member or suspend a Membership or revoke a Membership by The TBC sending an email to the Members listed email or by certified mail, or both. Removal, Suspension or Revocation of Membership shall be recognized on the day such notice is received if by the Member, or on the date such notice was sent if done by The TBC.
  • The TBC has the exclusive right to accept or deny membership without any requirement to the advice of the basis of such denial or acceptance. The TBC acknowledges that they abide by all laws within Western Europe and the USA as to no bias or discrimination as are required within those countries.
  • The TBC has the exclusive right to suspend temporarily or indefinitely or revoke an existing membership (without refund) if The TBC has determined a Member has violated The TBC Rules, Integrity Code, code of conduct, violated another Member’s rights or has exhibited a personality or activity unbecoming of a The TBC Member. The TBC’s decisions in any matter related to this is final and not appealable.
  • Membership does not constitute any equitable rights or voting rights of The TBC
  • The TBC is not an equity club and no Member shall, by virtue of The TBC Membership, be an owner, equity holder, partner, nor constitute any equitable or voting rights of The TBC. Such The TBC Membership also does not provide any equitable interest in any The TBC assets, trademarks, access to its offices, personal property, business property owned, leased or utilized in connection with the operations of The TBC. No Member shall have any right to any accounting or share in, or designate the use of, the revenues, receipts, income or profits realized from the operation, sale or financing of The TBC or the assets a part thereof. Members are not liable for the debts or other obligations of The TBC, past, present, or future. No Member shall have any right to determine any management policies or procedures for The TBC operations. Acceptance of a membership in The TBC constitutes acceptance and agreement by the Member and such Member's spouse, children, designers, family members and guests to abide by these Rules& Requirements and such additional rules and regulations promulgated from time to time by The TBC, as they may be adopted or amended from time to time by The TBC as they are related to such Membership
  • The TBC Members are to hold themselves out to be revered as ‘Distinguished Gentlemen’
  • What happens in The TBC, stays in The TBC. Members are expected to maintain a level of decorum, privacy and refined forbearance of knowledge of The TBC, their Members to others.
  • The TBC Members are restricted from making statements or providing information to the media, such as news reporters or others in the media, without the express written consent of The TBC.
  • The TBC Member Integrity Code: Members, shall recognize that it is ok to joke around and have amazing fun – but when in public and recognized as a The TBC Member, shall at all times maintain the Integrity Code of a The TBC Member:
  • - Always a Gentleman
  • - Be Prepared to Help Others
  • - Be Respectful of Others, particularly other Members
  • - Respect the Laws of Society, Community and State
  • - Never Exemplify Bad Behavior in Public
  • - Shall not be under the influence of drugs or overly drunk in public where their representation as a The TBC Member damages The TBC’s reputation.
  • - Dress with Dignity when representing or being recognized as part of The TBC
  • - Be Civil in Disagreements, especially with other The TBC Members
  • - Willingness to Assist your Brother (other Members) in Society
  • - Observe and Respect local policies when a guest of a public establishment
  • Membership fees are for 1 year and must be renewed annually. Membership can be prepaid in advance for up to 2 years.
  • Membership is not transferrable and is not usable by anyone other than the member.
  • Death of a Member voids the Member benefits for that Member and online access will be blocked immediately.
  • The TBC requires upon request of membership (and individual requesting membership, shall provide),verifiable Government Issued ID before authorizing membership and may ask such ID to be updated with The TBC prior to expiration of such ID and The TBC may request (and the Member shall provide) an additional scan copy of such id at any time, to be submitted within 72 hours. All information provided to The TBC will be protected and not available to any individual or business or government agency without a legal order from a court of proper jurisdiction.
  • The TBC does not currently offer any credit privileges, however in the future it may be granted at the discretion of The TBC. If and when such Credit is offered to and accepted by The TBC Members – such line of credit shall be paid timely under the terms of such credit extension.
  • Members shall do no illegal business, while representing The TBC or at a The TBC Event or while recognized as a The TBC Member (whether intentional or accident), including but not limited to:Larceny, Theft, Robbery, Kidnapping, Terrorism, Embezzlement, Counterfeiting, Aggravated Assault, Murder, Arson, Bribery, Child Pornography, Child Abuse, Fraud (any type that exceeds misdemeanor level), Illegal Drug Dealing or Trafficking or Manufacturing or Distribution or Transportation, Forgery, Money Laundering or Rapeor other crime that would cast a less than positive image of The TBC.Violation of this specific term, in addition to all other terms of violating the Integrity Code, may also subject the Member to civil or criminal suit that may be initiated or filed by The TBC.
  • Any The TBC Member found to have intentionally committed any of the following acts or found guilty of any such act, either prior to applying for membership but not disclosing such information, or such act was committed after Membership was granted, shall have their Membership immediately revoked: Larceny, Theft, Robbery, Kidnapping, Terrorism, Embezzlement, Counterfeiting, Aggravated Assault, Murder, Arson, Bribery, Child Pornography, Child Abuse, Fraud (any type that exceeds misdemeanor level), Illegal Drug Dealing or Trafficking or Manufacturing or Distribution or Transportation, Forgery, Money Laundering or Rape.
  • A Member shall be responsible for any damage he has caused or created when involved in a The TBC sponsored event or when representing The TBC or presenting himself as a The TBC Member.
  • Members shall not remove any property belonging to The TBC or a vendor, supplier, other Member, Agent, Employee or Representative of The TBC from any The TBC sponsored Event or Event sponsored by The TBC Vendors, Suppliers or related events.
  • Any Member found to bring a firearm or knife that could be used for bodily harm or other weapon or fireworks (fireworks if no prior written permission by The TBC Executive) to a The TBC Event or an event as a representative of The TBC or recognized publicly as a The TBC Member shall have their Membership immediately revoked.
  • Members attending a The TBC Event or when representing The TBC at other events shall not be disruptive, aggressive, violent, threatening, have rude or boisterous behavior or other actions that are unbecoming of a Member representing The TBC.
  • Members shall not be aggressive or overly aggressive with the opposite sex or with other Members. Consistent violation of this shall constitute a violation of the Code.
  • Members shall not be deemed to be Financially Irresponsible or Repeated Delinquent on any debt owed to The TBC
  • Members shall not be deemed either Intentionally Irresponsible or repeatedly Non-Intentionally Irresponsible of The TBC Property or the property of a Vendor, Supplier or Member.
  • Members shall not use, represent, hold events in the name of or hold themselves out to be an agent, officer, executive or owner of - the The Billionaire Plan, their logo, their name, their property, have access to their offices or other false information that exceeds their rights as Members as are provided in writing on this website.
  • Members shall not duplicate the The TBC logos, trademarks or images on to paper, clothing, products, boats, cars, motorcycles or any other place or surface that are not authorized prints or images without the express written consent of The TBC.
  • Members shall not submit, cause to be submitted or be involved in or assist with the submission of any news, report, public announcement that is printed, written, produced on any form of news, social media, online news service, public media or another manner of submission or posting that is for public or large audience access or visibility – without prior written approval by a The TBC by it’s President / CEO.
  • Members shall not use their Membership to influence or to pursue others to do some action in the name of The TBC, on behalf of The TBC or for the benefit of The TBC or for some promise of Membership in The TBC – particularly if such action is illegal or constitutes a violation of any of the other Rules & Requirements herein.
  • Violation of the Member Integrity Code and/or the continued or consistent, breach of these rules by any Member may be grounds for the suspension temporarily or indefinitely and possibly revocation of the Member’s rights as a The TBC Member. Such a decision shall be within the exclusive determination and sole discretion of The TBC.
  • A Member that is aware of evidence of another Member committing serious violations of the The TBC Member Integrity Code or serious violations of local & state laws or other rules, has an obligation to advise The TBC Management, and if it is found out later such information is not advised ‘and’ the bad acting Member does damage or harm to The TBC, a The TBC Member or other individual and that such could have been prevented if the The TBC Member had advised The TBC – then such Member is subject to possible suspension.
  • The TBC, in general and specifically at The TBC sponsored or advertised events - is not liable or responsible for:
  • - Theft of possessions
  • - Damage to possessions, including auto, bike, boat, etc. and including technology equipment, recreational equipment and other physical possessions.
  • - The theft of intellectual property, documents, files, other mediums of information.
  • - Any damages caused by the use of Valets or other similar services.
  • - Any individual possessing any weapon, drug or other illegal possession, whether a Member or non-Member.
  • - Any individual that commits any crime at any The TBC Sponsored Event, The TBC Advertised Event or event that is listed on The TBC’s website, or to any vendor or supplier of any products or services that are listed on The TBC’s website.
  • The TBC shall have the unilateral right, without notice, to adopt new Rules & Requirements and amend these Rules& Requirements at any time and from time to time. Any disputes or ambiguities regarding the interpretation of these Rules & Requirements shall be resolved by The TBC. The exercise of any right, power, privilege, or authority that may be exercised by The TBC pursuant to these Rules& Requirements, and any determination, approval or other action that may be taken by The TBC pursuant to these Rules& Requirements, may be exercised or taken at the sole and absolute discretion of The TBC
  • Interpretation of these Rules & Requirements shall be entirely held by The TBC
  • Legal Authority and Any legal challenges, lawsuits or other legal issues shall only be allowed in Los Angeles County, Los Angeles, California, USA
  • In consideration of the grant of Member privileges, each Member for himself and on behalf of his spouse, children, designees, family members, guests, executors, administrators, heirs, assigns, and successors, does hereby expressly forever release, discharge and specifically agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The TBC and it’s respective affiliates, shareholders, partners, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, assigns, legal representatives, and successors from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from any other Member, individual present at a The TBC Event or The TBC advertised or listed event or in using any services or products provided by The TBC Vendors, Suppliers, Destination & Experience supplier or other party that has advertised or provided information on the The TBC website, whether at such event, experience, destination or such action being in the parking lot or other related location to such.
